Deadline countdown
—business days
Pick the due date to count the business days you really have.
No credit check to ask
Finding out what's possible leaves your credit file alone. A credit check only comes up once you choose to go ahead.
Not farmed out
Your enquiry isn't blasted to a list of lenders. One team works out the right match, so your phone stays quiet.
A real person on your deadline
Someone reads what's due and when, then calls to talk it through. Accurate form answers mean the right option first time.
Start with the bill
What must be paid?
Every bill has its own clock and its own room to move. Wages can't slide; a supplier account often can, if you call first. Pick the one in front of you.

The deadline ladder: what's realistic from here
The closer the date, the fewer options stay on the table. This is roughly how the choices narrow as the clock runs down.
- 01
Today
Same day is possible for $20k–$250k secured against property, and for smaller unsecured amounts — if the paperwork is ready.
- 02
This week
Up to $5m is possible within 24–48 hours against property. Unsecured moves as fast as your bank statements do.
- 03
BAS due date
Lodge on time regardless. Then decide: payment plan, funding, or a mix of both before the 28th.
- 04
EOFY
June and July stack bills on top of each other. Map them now and there's time to arrange things calmly.
- 05
December
Fewer business days, slower replies and January bills waiting. Start by early December, not Christmas Eve.
Also on the ladder: demand letters and final notices, deposits due on a purchase and the first hour of an emergency.

Fast, not reckless
Four things people get wrong when money is due
MythApplying with every lender at once is the fastest way.
RealityIt usually slows things down. Multiple credit enquiries and half-finished files help nobody. One matched application, done properly, is quicker.
MythNo property means no chance of urgent money.
RealityUnsecured and cash-flow options typically run from $5,000 to $500,000 for trading businesses, sized on turnover and bank statements.
MythOnce you're behind with the ATO, nobody will lend.
RealityATO debt is considered case by case. Plenty of businesses fund a tax bill to stop interest compounding and get back on track.
MythFast finance means skipping the assessment.
RealitySpeed comes from preparation, not shortcuts. Clear security, ready documents and an honest form are what make same-day possible.
Start with what you have
What decides how fast it happens
Most delays aren't the lender thinking it over. They're a missing statement, an unclear number or security that needs checking. Sort these and the clock works for you.

Urgent business finance: common questions
What is urgent business finance?
It's business funding arranged against a hard deadline — a pay run, a supplier's final date, a tax bill, an insurance renewal or a deposit. The right option depends on how much time you have, the amount, and whether there's property to secure it. Property-secured loans run from $20,000 to $5,000,000; unsecured options typically run from $5,000 to $500,000.
How fast can urgent business finance happen?
For property-secured loans, $20k to $250k is possible same day and up to $5m is possible within 24–48 hours. Same-day funding is also possible for smaller unsecured amounts. What decides it in practice is how quickly security, documents and the details on your enquiry line up.
Does enquiring affect my credit score?
No. There's no credit check when you first enquire. A credit check only comes up once you've seen your options and decide to go ahead.
Will my details be sent to lots of lenders?
No. Your enquiry goes to one team who work out the right match for your situation. We don't spray your details around, so you won't be flooded with calls.
Can I get urgent finance with ATO debt or past credit problems?
Often, yes. Existing ATO debt and past credit issues are considered case by case. Being upfront about them on the form is the fastest way to a realistic answer.
What if I can't get funding before the due date?
Buy time and fund at the same time. Contact whoever you owe before the date, ask for a short extension or part-payment, and get your enquiry in so the funding is already moving. Our triage checker shows when this is the realistic plan.
What can urgent business finance be used for?
Business purposes only — payroll, suppliers, tax and super, rent, insurance, import charges, repairs, stock, deposits and time-limited opportunities. It isn't available for personal or household spending.
What should I have ready before I enquire?
Six months of business bank statements, your ABN or ACN, photo ID, the bill or notice itself and, if you own property, a rates notice and mortgage statement. The funding readiness checklist explains what each one does.
Tell us what's due. We'll tell you what's realistic.
The enquiry takes about a minute and there's no credit check to ask. It goes to one team — not a crowd of lenders — and a real person calls you. Fill it in accurately and the first option you hear about is one that can actually make your date.
